How can I pay for my order?
We currently offer Paypal as a payment option. Shortly we will have Afterpay, Zippay, Oxipay & Sezzle.

Will I get a tracking Number?
Yes, we will email tracking numbers the day we post your order. A link will be in the email that you can click to check progress of your delivery.

When do you send out orders?
All orders are usually shipped out the Tuesday after our weekend shows.

Can I pay using a credit card?
Yes, click the PayPal option and when the Paypal screen appears select “pay by card” You can then pay via credit card.

We are live every Sat, Sun & Mon nights on Facebook at 7.30 NT Time.

Do you mount pearls?
Yes we drill and mount your pearls onto your jewellery using high quality jewellers adhesive.

Questions & Answers

Your pearls should be washed in cool water with mild hand liquid soap and a polishing cloth. Do not expose your pearls to harsh chemicals or cleaners. Do not use sonic cleaners as the pearls can bounce around and get damaged. Use only jewellery cleaners that are labelled safe for pearls. Store pearls in cloth bag, not in a jewel box with other jewellery as your pearls could get scratched.
